Key to the SIMPOE history and development was the encounter in 1998 of Dr CHIOU, a Taiwanese national and worldwide expert in plastic injection simulation, author of numerous papers on the subject, with Alain DUBOIS, a CADCAM veteran who is a French citizen by birth and from Chinese family origin.
