Cinema 4D是一套由德国公司Maxon Computer开发的3D绘图软件，以及高的运算速度和强大的渲染插件著称。Cinema 4D 应用广泛，在广告、电影、工业设计、等方面都有出色的表现，例如影片《阿凡达》有花鸦三维影动研究室中国工作人员使用Cinema 4D制作了部分场景，在这样的大片中看到C4D的表现是很优秀的。在其他动画电影中也人人素材网使用到C4D的有很多如《毁灭战士》（Doom）、《范海辛》〈Van Helsing〉、《蜘蛛侠》、以及动画片《极地特快》、《丛林总动员》（Open Season）等等。它正成为许多一流艺术家和电影公司的首选，Cinema 4D已经走向成熟，很多模块的功能在同类软件中是代表科技进步的成果。

Cinema 4D Release 21版本新功能预览：
专业3D建模、动画和渲染解决方案的开发商Maxon近日宣布推出Cinema 4D Release 21（R21）。这款专业3D应用的下一代版本中新增了全新的Caps和Bevel系统、新的Field Force动态模拟，界面速度提升，以及大量的渲染、工作流程及核心性能的改进。通过Release 21版本，Maxon公司新推出了单一版本的Cinema 4D和新的低成本订阅定价计划，以确保用户可以轻松访问这款创意产品。
“Release 21版本中新增了创新内容，提升了效率，进一步完善我的目标，以帮助客户实现竞争强烈的内容创建行业中不断变化的需求”，Maxon公司的首席执行官David McGavran表示，“Cinema 4D的简化版本和更低的入门价格，使得艺术家们无需将注意力集中在预算上，而是将更多的注意力用在创造过程中”。
Maxon公司将于2019年9月13日至9月17日在阿姆斯特丹国际展览中心（IBC）7-A59号展厅的参展商展位上首次展示Release 21版本。
